Cleanliness - every corner of the hotel was spotless. Hotel facilities - we loved the traditional wing with its stunning sea views. Transportation - conveniently located near public transportation. Staff - the staff members were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

I had a fabulous stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was superb, with breathtaking sea views from my room's terrace. The service provided by the hotel staff was top-notch. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The housekeeping was impeccable, with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries replenished daily. The room amenities, including the in-room safe, air conditioning, and electric kettle, enhanced my stay and made it even more convenient. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment, and I appreciated the option to dine at the on-site dining bar/lounge area with special diet menus available. The hotel staff also offered a free shuttle service, which was a great bonus.
I highly recommend this hotel to all.

Spent Christmas in a quiet location by the sea, with excellent access to popular sights. Free shuttle bus service to the closest station was very convenient. the staff provided great hospitality, making us feel welcome.
The guest rooms in need of more maintenance and cleanliness. the hotel lobby seemed to have been updated recently.

The location of the hotel is perfect, being in a quiet area near the sea. It offers easy access to Ise, Jingu, and there is even a free shuttle bus to the nearest station. the staff are extremely friendly and provide excellent service. the traditional Japanese style rooms with tatami mats and sliding doors create a unique and authentic experience. the chartered half, open, air bath is a great way to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature.
The guest rooms could use some improvements in terms of cleanliness and maintenance.

The location was perfect, right by the sea and with easy access to major attractions nearby. The traditional Japanese dinner was a highlight of our stay; a lavish feast of multiple courses and generous amounts. The private bath was a great way to relax and enjoy the sound of the waves crashing.
The rooms could use some maintenance and cleaning. The hotel lobby seemed newly renovated but our guest room seemed a bit outdated.
